Establishment of mikroexetasis

Our laboratory began operations in October 2008 by Ms. Anna Tzanavari-Deimertzoglou. It is situated at a central location in the town and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.

Our laboratories were established in order to provide high quality services in primary health care and aspire to become a model laboratory for the analysis of biological materials.

Consistency, responsibility, and respect for the patient and his treating physician form the basis of their operation, while modern scientific and technological equipment ensures maximum quality and reliability of the laboratory results.

Anna Tzanavari

After successfully passing the entrance exams in September 1991, Anna Tzanavari enrolled in the Medical School of the University of Catanzaro (Italy) from which she graduated in 1999 with Grade “Excellent” and took her graduation oath in March 2000.

She attended a 3-month compulsory training at the General Hospital of Corfu and then served as an Agricultural Doctor at the Health Center (Regional Visiting Clinic) of Agios Markos.

She worked as a junior doctor at the General Hospital of Corfu, in the specialty of Medical Biopathology and Microbiology, and completed her education at the University General Hospital of Patras (P.G.N.P.) obtaining the specialty of Medical Biopathology after a total training period of 60 months.

She is highly skilled in the use of new technologies, and speaks English & Italian fluently.

She participated in a large number of educational seminars and conferences, with publications on both national and international level, and is a PhD Candidate at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina.
