HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER COULTER Ac. T Tm. 5 diff
The multi-parameter COULTER Ac. T Tm. 5 diff analyzer, using state-of-the-art technology, provides a full hematological profile consisting of 26 parameters.
It uses two different, but cooperating forms of energy
- Volumetric analysis (Coulter principle): reference method for counting and sizing of cells
- Light scattering: using flow cytometry for the identification of white blood cells.
Hemoglobin is measured using the cyanomethemoglobin reference method.
The analyzer provides a full hematologic profile comprising 26 parameters, and more specifically:
White blood cells, lymphocytes, mononuclear cells, neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, atypical lymphocytes, immature granulocytes in percentage and absolute number, red blood cells, mean red blood cell volume, hemoglobin, red blood cell distribution width, platelet distribution width, hematocrit, MCH, MCHC, PCT, PLT, and MPV
